About TC Green Rama 9 Phase 2
Exploring TC Green Rama 9 Phase 2
Right in the lively Huai Khwang area, you'll find TC Green Rama 9 Phase 2, a high-rise condo project that perfectly mixes city living with smart residential design. This development shows how TC Development is always looking to improve things from previous phases, making sure residents get an even better living experience.
What the Project Offers
TC Green Rama 9 Phase 2 includes two tall buildings—Building C with 36 floors and Building D with 34. Together, they have 758 living units and 18 retail spaces for all kinds of lifestyles. Parking is sorted, too, with room for about 391 cars (including spots for double parking) and 20 motorcycles. Spread across an area of 7-1-1 rai, construction started in June 2013 and wrapped up by June 2015.
Types of Homes
The project has two main types of living spaces: one-bedroom units from 35 to 42 square meters starting at 2.56 million baht, and two-bedroom units at 56.62 square meters starting at 4.68 million baht. With 2.7-meter-high ceilings, the units feel spacious, and the average cost is 79,000 baht per square meter. Each unit is designed to maximize space without losing comfort.
Amenities and Style
Residents enjoy a great set of amenities. A big change from Phase 1 is larger swimming pools in both C and D buildings, with separate areas for kids and adults, open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There are also fitness rooms, reading areas, and playrooms for kids, providing good indoor fun options.
The design balances looks and practicality, with amenities placed thoughtfully throughout. For example, Building D’s lobby offers a luxurious feel with its golden tones and a stylish chandelier, while the pools are perfect for relaxing and exercising.
Location and Getting Around
TC Green Rama 9 Phase 2 is in a handy location near Chaturathit Road, making it easy to reach important places and roads like Sri Ayutthaya and Din Daeng from all over the city. The nearest MRT Rama 9 Station is about 1.1 km away, but the area has plenty of transport options, including taxis and motorbike taxis.
For those driving, being close to the Si Rat Expressway is convenient, though rush hour traffic can be a pain. Plus, the future MRT Orange Line should make getting around even easier, adding to the project's long-term desirability.
The Neighborhood
The area around TC Green Rama 9 is lively, thanks to spots like RCA that offer plenty of food and entertainment options both day and night. For daily needs, you don’t have to go far, as there are essential services and eateries right nearby in local markets and shops.
The area has a strong infrastructure, minimizing everyday hassles and keeping everything residents need within reach. The neighborhood’s energy promises a bustling vibe all day long.
Updates and Enhancements
Phase 2 makes several improvements over Phase 1, directly addressing earlier issues. Key changes include better traffic flow within the project, highlighted by a one-way traffic system, and the repositioned air compressors now discreetly placed under bedroom counters for better balcony use.
The project embraces a touch of luxury with a Chinese-inspired aesthetic, featuring gold accents throughout. This creates a unique style that stands out while offering elegance and comfort.
Things to Keep in Mind
Living at TC Green Rama 9 Phase 2 suits those who value easy access to areas like Asoke, Rama 9, and Phaya Thai and enjoy stunning city skyline views. Those who drive may find the location particularly convenient, while future public transit improvements are on the horizon.
The development focuses on offering value, making it a great option for those who want affordable yet urban living. However, potential noise from nearby nightlife and ongoing construction might be a downside for some, so it’s important to consider personal preferences before making a decision.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
