Discovering Life at Galeria 64: Your Guide to Modern Townhome Living
Located on the peaceful Soi Sukhumvit 64, Galeria 64 is a modern townhome project designed for those who appreciate urban living. This development offers just five unique units, creating a close-knit community feel. Developed by Balcony Estate Co., Ltd., Galeria 64 features elegant, streamlined architecture while maintaining privacy and thoughtful design. Its close proximity to Punnawithi BTS Station and easy expressway access makes it a great spot for those looking for convenience and some peace and quiet.
Features and Design of the Property
Galeria 64 has two different types of homes, each carefully designed to suit various lifestyles:
- Type A: A 3.5-story home, 7 meters wide, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and parking for 2+1 vehicles. Each unit includes a private elevator within 305 square meters of space.
- Type B: A larger 3.5-story home, 8 meters wide, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for 4 vehicles, also featuring a private elevator, and offering 373 square meters of living space.
Built with brick and mortar and soundproofed with double-layered walls, each home is designed for ultimate privacy. The exterior has stylish latticework to reduce sunlight and ensure a comfy indoor climate, enhancing the feeling of privacy and comfort.
Inside, the design is all about modern style and practical spaces. With double-height areas in living rooms and the master bedroom, the homes feel open and well-lit, thanks to high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The addition of Mitsubishi elevators means easy access to every floor.
Practical Features and Security
Galeria 64 emphasizes privacy but does not skimp on security. Each unit is safeguarded with a magnetic and shock sensor alarm system and comprehensive CCTV coverage, which is impressive for such an intimate project.
The outside of the homes is elegantly simple—no bustling activity here. Parking is thoughtfully arranged, with some units catering to larger households or those using the space as a home office. This aligns perfectly with the project’s focus on personalized living over shared amenities.
Urban Living with a Calming Touch
Tucked away on the quiet Soi Phong Wetcha Anusorn, Galeria 64 offers a serene environment with all the perks of city life nearby. The area is mostly residential, providing a quieter lifestyle without the typical city noise.
For those who work in the city or love the urban lifestyle, getting around is easy. It's only a short 650-meter walk to Punnawithi BTS Station, or you can hop on a motorcycle taxi for quick access to the city. The nearby Chalerm Mahanakhon Expressway entrance makes commutes and weekend trips hassle-free.
While the immediate area might have limited stores and dining options, you'll find essentials like 7-11 close by. For more shopping or fun, you can head to nearby malls such as Gateway Ekamai or larger shopping complexes on Sukhumvit Road.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
