Living at The Oberoi Business Bay means having quick access to the metro and bus links, which makes commuting so smooth. The thing I missed most about this location was the lack of green spaces nearby, making zoning out to nature a bit tougher. There aren’t really many gyms or community spots to hang out within a short walk, so it sometimes feels a little isolating if you like an active or social lifestyle outdoors. Also, if you’re into biking around, there aren’t dedicated lanes, so it’s not the best for cyclists.
