The spacious environment makes it easy to find spots for relaxations, like parks and gentle walks, which I value. And having parks nearby is a big plus for leisurely Sunday's.

The only thing that I find lacking is a wider selection of dining options directly around the area. While there's variety in terms of what's nearby, it would be nicer to have a few more local places to enjoy dinner out. Also, I noticed some days, the air quality can take a hit, so it’s something to keep in mind for outdoor activities.
