Living at Melia Karon means having easy access to the beach and some nice parks, which is a rare find around Phuket. The area around is peaceful, perfect when I want to relax after work, yet there’s enough options for eating out, especially local spots that feel more authentic. Getting around isn’t a problem since public transport is close, and it feels safe in the evenings which gives me peace of mind.

While there are some restaurants, I often find that choices for different cuisines are limited, so it’s not the best spot if you’re craving variety. Also, there's a lack of nearby community centers or places where you can join local groups which makes it less appealing for those who want more social amenities right by their doorstep.
