Nights felt safe enough to go for a stroll, and the overall vibe supports picking up slower habits, like reading more or trying out local Thai culture in the nearby town.

Also, getting around on foot isn’t the easiest, as the streets aren’t very walkable and you pretty much need a bike or a motorbike to get to places comfortably.
