The location makes getting around pretty easy with nearby public transport options, and it's generally quiet which really helped me unwind after busy days. The area is pretty well connected which made commuting easy enough, especially with the skytrain nearby. There's a nice balance of stores and shopping malls within reach but it still retains a peaceful vibe. I found it safe enough to walk around even in the evening, which helped me feel comfortable during my stay.

Food choices felt quite limited if you're the kind to eat out often, and there aren't many parks or green spots to relax in nature. Sometimes it did feel a bit dull if you're into trendy cafes or lively community hangouts.

On top of that, the area has a very grounded and friendly vibe—a sense of relaxation just envelops you after all those vibrant city activities. It’s simple to carve out a life full of adventure and peace, making it an excellent place to settle down or enjoy periodic visits.

One of the things I noticed during my stay was a tiny bit of a downside when it came to fitness options, there's a lack of gyms directly in the area unless you are willing to travel a bit further. Community engagement structures like centers village also seemed sparse. So, if a vibrant communal feature is your priority, it might not fully meet your expectations.
