The area is surprisingly peaceful compared to other parts of the city, which was a nice change after long workdays. Convenience in getting around with public transport nearby made my commute manageable. Having shopping malls within reach was also useful for daily necessities and occasional weekend outings.

Finding good places to eat around was a bit challenging, so if you like a variety of dining options you might feel limited. The roads were not always in the best condition, making walks or bike rides less comfortable and sometimes unpredictable.

On the flip side, the food scene is just fantastic here, you’ll never find yourself without an interesting spot to try out. On top of that, the area has a very grounded and friendly vibe—a sense of relaxation just envelops you after all those vibrant city activities. It’s simple to carve out a life full of adventure and peace, making it an excellent place to settle down or enjoy periodic visits.
Negatives
One of the things I noticed during my stay was a tiny bit of a downside when it came to fitness options, there's a lack of gyms directly in the area unless you are willing to travel a bit further. Community engagement structures like centers village also seemed sparse. So, if a vibrant communal feature is your priority, it might not fully meet your expectations.
