It’s a bit inconvenient if you don’t drive since public transport options are limited and not very close. Also, don’t expect much by way of restaurants nearby, so you’ll probably cook or go a bit farther for a meal out. The road coming in was patchy in spots, which was a minor hassle when commuting.

Thap Tai is a peaceful little escape if you want to get away from the noise of busier towns.
