The location we choose is surrounded by nature and a beautiful environment with fresh air year round.

With ideal greenery, we keep most of the green space, which means that the buildings are close to nature and surrounding trees. All the roof gardens for each villa are in harmony with the surrounding nature. They are also designed to help save energy and reduce temperatures from the open sun.

From a bird's eye view, you won't be able to separate the buildings from the forest. Each living space is designed to blend with nature, where you can see the green area from every room. There are 3 types of villas with distinct spaces and styles: all tropical plants symbolizing abundance, fertility and longevity, reflecting the ideology of the project to live in peace with nature.

Payment terms:
1. Payment Plan
Security Deposit upon booking the unit: 200,000 Thai Baht.
1st payment upon contract signing and completion of piling works: 30%
2nd payment upon completion of 1st floor foundation and 2nd floor structural works: 30%
3rd payment upon completion of roof works, partition installation and 20% system works: 20%
4th payment on completion of finishing works, ceiling works, built-in furniture and 20% of system works: 20%

2. Monthly maintenance fee (must be paid one year in advance)
8,500 Thai Baht per month
Including the following services:
- Pool cleaning 2 times a week
- Garden maintenance 2 times per week
- Pest control once a month
- Garbage disposal
- 24 hour security system
- CCTV cameras
- Water and electricity supply in common area
- Free Wi-Fi in the common area.
