- Changes to the design or furniture package are prohibited upon joining the program.
- For residential use, design adjustments are possible.

Hey Drew, Rent-to-buy isn't very common here in Phuket, but it does happen occasionally—especially in the form of owner financing. Most off-plan developers usually offer structured payment schedules, with many requiring full payment before handover. That said, some do offer extended plans that stretch over 5–10 years. I’ve got a few interesting options in Rawai and Bangtao if you'd like to explore them.
