This lovely, secluded Villa is situated within a few minutes’ walk from both the beautiful Surin Beach and Bangtao Beach with its beach-front restaurants and Beach Clubs. The Villa is stylishly decorated throughout, combining a modern, minimalist living room with Bali style architecture and bedrooms.

The large living room, which opens directly on to the pool area, is tastefully decorated in a modern style and has a dining table/workspace, a 65inch smart TV with Netflix and a high-quality sound system. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is in a separate room just off the living room.

All three bedrooms have separate entrances, opening on to both the pool area at the front and the tropical Gardens at the back. The spacious master bedroom has a huge ensuite bathroom backing on to the secluded tropical garden which the bath and shower open directly on to. The other two large pool-facing bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, one of which also opens on to the tropical garden at the back.

The focal point of the villa is the infinity pool around which the living room and all bedrooms are all set. The villa has a delightful large, covered poolside Sala, with a ceiling fan and a dining table which seats up to 8 pax, so it's great for meals and relaxing in all weathers. The established garden and the pool area are completely secluded and not overlooked at all.

The villa also has a utility room, which has a separate maid’s entrance and also contains the washing machine and a 4th shower room. The gardens have lighting and all the white outdoor furniture can be lit up at night with different colours, making the pool area and garden look especially beautiful and atmospheric at night.

Guest access

The rental includes the whole house, garden, private pool and parking area for two cars. There’s a small common road that leads to the 8 villas in the development which has a security barrier CCTV and security guard throughout the night. Guests will have access cards for this.
