This room can be become an additional secure storage area should any buyer consider renting the property. The estate has in place high quality property management by Knight Frank, with an office on site. All common areas are well maintained and managed; from the 24-hour security to the clean and tidy estate road. The main selling points are: A short walk down to Surin Beach.
