The traffic is pretty manageable most of the year, which is a big plus. We also love how central it is – we're close to beautiful beaches, parks, schools, Phuket Town, and shopping malls. The greenery is wonderful, and since it's mostly residential, we don't get the same tourist rush as other areas. It feels super safe here, though we do suggest being careful if you’re on a motorbike. And there is the Chalong Pier if you like dive or go out on boats.
