This space overlooks the exceptionally broad 21m x 5m primary swimming pool, as well as zones for relaxation and sunbathing. This rectangular expanse establishes the contemporary motif. It seamlessly connects with the stunning owner’s suite, featuring its own 15m private lap pool, capacious dressing zone, adjacent office suite, supplementary formal dining space, commodious commercial-grade kitchen, staff quarters, and enclosed garage section. The rear segment houses a separate guest block that comprises three generously proportioned guest bedrooms and a well-appointed gymnasium equipped with a sauna.

Terra Designs’ Martin Palleros custom-designed the residence. Each material was meticulously selected to emanate opulence and tactile opulence. This selection spans from the natural exterior stonework to the Japanese pool tiles, and from the impeccably laid interior solid wood and French limestone and sandstone floors to the high-quality, oversized glazing solutions. The furniture ensemble reads like a roster of European chic, with prominent names like Poliform, Gandia Blasco, Boffi, Dornbracht, Paola Lenti, and Minotti adorning the space.

Throughout the villa, multiple covered and open-air terraces and seating areas offer spaces for al fresco dining and relaxation. These spaces complement the air-conditioned formal, informal, and TV lounge areas indoors.
