The fresh air and tranquil surroundings here at Khaem Son really make it a perfect place to recharge away from the busy city life. If you enjoy scenic views and peaceful walks, it’s hard to beat what this part of Khao Kho offers. It's easy to settle in and get those creative juices flowing with the natural beauty right outside your door.

Negatives

Getting around can be a hassle since public transport is scarce and the roads could definitely use some work. Also, you might find food choices limited unless you’re willing to drive a bit further out. It strikes me more as a spot for relaxation than for bustling daily convenience.

Positives

The tranquility and breathtaking views in Khao Kho are simply unmatched. Having so many relaxing spots surrounded by greenery makes it such a breath of fresh air. Plus, if you enjoy local food, there are some nice restaurants that offer incredible flavors made with local herbs and spices.

Negatives

Accessing more dining options could be a challenge, and after dark, I didn’t always feel completely at ease in researched populated areas. The roads can be a bit iffy too, which might be a consideration if you like smooth driving.
