The natural surroundings here are honestly one of the best parts. It’s a peaceful spot where you can actually hear the waves and enjoy beautiful views without too much crowding. Roads are good enough to drive around easily, and there are some pleasant green spaces to unwind. It was a nice balance to focus on work while also being close to nature.

Negatives

It can feel a bit sluggish when it comes to dining or entertainment — you often have to venture out a fair way to find more lively restaurants or cafés. Walking around isn’t very comfortable due to limited sidewalks or pedestrian-friendly paths, so having a scooter or car is pretty much essential.

The views from Neo Sea View are simply breathtaking. Choosing this place felt like finding my little escape by the sea, where one could really unwind after a long week. It's also quite relaxed here, perfect for morning jogs along the beach followed by brunch at nearby cafes.

Negatives

While the area boasts some nice places around, I’ve noticed there aren't too many dining options, especially for cozy nights out. Additionally, I missed having a community hub nearby for family activities and get-togethers.

Negatives

Though Sattahip has its lovely environment, it does have some limitations. At night, the area might feel a tad quieter and less secure at specific spots, which can make late-hour outings less appealing.
