Being close to shopping malls is also a nice perk when I need to grab essentials or explore locally.

Negatives

Although it ticks many boxes for convenient living, I sometimes miss having a gym nearby as fitness is important to me. The nightlife is not exactly buzzing either, which may leave some seeking adventure in the evenings a bit disappointed. Overall, it would be great if they ramped up these aspects.
