Positives

Living in New Nordic VIP 3 is pretty convenient. It's close to bus stops, which makes getting around Pattaya and nearby spots straightforward, and there's a nice selection of restaurants close by. The neighborhood feels safe enough, especially in the evenings, so I don’t worry much when I go out after dark. Also, it’s easy to walk around, which I appreciate since I often like to explore walking routes.

Negatives

It can get a bit noisy sometimes, mostly from the nearby road traffic and local nightlife, which isn't always ideal if you prefer absolute quiet. Another downside is the lack of nearby green spaces, so if you enjoy having parks or gardens to relax in, this wouldn’t be the best fit.

Nong Prue is pretty convenient for getting around, with public transport options close by that connect you to central Pattaya easily. There are quite a few decent restaurants around, so snacking or checking out some local food is never a problem—you won’t get bored with the dining choices wherever you go.

Negatives

The area can feel a bit noisy at times, especially during peak hours, and it really lacks quiet green spaces where you can unwind or take a relaxed walk. For someone who appreciates a calm environment or parks nearby, this can be a downside.

Positives

Pattaya definitely charms those who love a mix of adventure and relaxation. The diverse beach life, active markets, and an array of wonderful restaurants make visiting here delightful. I’ve got to recommend coming here for a getaway where vibrant culture and coastal fun mingled beautifully.

Negatives

One can’t really ignore that sometimes the increased tourist influx also brings occasional noise and higher pollution levels. You might find drives around maybe crowded or long waits at popular venues, which can be a bit frustrating.
