There's so much to enjoy about living at The Grand AD Jomtien Beach. The close proximity to transportation makes exploring Pattaya a breeze, while the relaxed atmosphere really defines the lifestyle here. I always feel safe and took advantage of the great restaurants nearby—plenty of choices without the hustle and bustle of a busy urban area.

Negatives

One hiccup is the lack of a gym nearby, which is a bit inconvenient for keeping up with my workouts. Plus, while there are some dining options, it would be nice to see an expansion in that area. Sometimes it feels a bit isolated, but once I'm at home, it makes sense to miss a million choices for a little slice of peace.
