Nong Prue is pretty convenient for getting around, with public transport options close by that connect you to central Pattaya easily. There are quite a few decent restaurants around, so snacking or checking out some local food is never a problem—you won’t get bored with the dining choices wherever you go.

Negatives

The area can feel a bit noisy at times, especially during peak hours, and it really lacks quiet green spaces where you can unwind or take a relaxed walk. For someone who appreciates a calm environment or parks nearby, this can be a downside.

Positives

Living in Dusit Grand Park has been a fantastic experience. The beautiful green spaces make daily walks such a delight, and with a variety of dining options around, I never feel like eating the same thing. It’s well-connected for getting in and out of appealing locations around Pattaya, and I appreciate the lovely, low-pollution surroundings.

Negatives

One thing I've found a bit disappointing is the overall security situation; sometimes, I feel a little on edge about safety despite the nice area. It would also be nice to see some community centers where residents can gather and connect for social activities, as building a solid neighborhood feels important.

Pattaya definitely charms those who love a mix of adventure and relaxation. The diverse beach life, active markets, and an array of wonderful restaurants make visiting here delightful. I’ve got to recommend coming here for a getaway where vibrant culture and coastal fun mingled beautifully.

Negatives

One can’t really ignore that sometimes the increased tourist influx also brings occasional noise and higher pollution levels. You might find drives around maybe crowded or long waits at popular venues, which can be a bit frustrating.
