Nong Prue is pretty convenient for getting around, with public transport options close by that connect you to central Pattaya easily. There are quite a few decent restaurants around, so snacking or checking out some local food is never a problem—you won’t get bored with the dining choices wherever you go.

Negatives

The area can feel a bit noisy at times, especially during peak hours, and it really lacks quiet green spaces where you can unwind or take a relaxed walk. For someone who appreciates a calm environment or parks nearby, this can be a downside.

Living in View Talay Residence 1 is quite nice. There are a number of restaurants close by for dining options, and I really appreciate having lovely green spaces within walking distance. It feels like a balance between the serenity of retreating home after a busy day and the buzz of city life. Overall, a charming neighborhood to settle down in.

Negatives

While it's mostly a peaceful area, I do wish there were more community centers or lively spots nearby. It would be nice to have more local amenities within really easy reach, as sometimes I find it a bit quiet in the evenings.

Positives

Pattaya definitely charms those who love a mix of adventure and relaxation. The diverse beach life, active markets, and an array of wonderful restaurants make visiting here delightful. I’ve got to recommend coming here for a getaway where vibrant culture and coastal fun mingled beautifully.

Negatives

One can’t really ignore that sometimes the increased tourist influx also brings occasional noise and higher pollution levels. You might find drives around maybe crowded or long waits at popular venues, which can be a bit frustrating.
