This condo is genuinely peaceful with some lovely views of the city and surrounding hills. It's really quiet at night, and I feel very safe walking around even after dark. There's a nice green park nearby where I like going for a jog or just relaxing. If you enjoy a calm environment but still want reasonable access to the city's amenities, it's a good balance.

There aren’t that many restaurants within an easy walk, so you usually need a bike or a ride to try new spots, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, I find the area less walkable for daily errands compared to other parts of Chiang Mai, so you might want to factor that in.
