Positives

The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, which I absolutely appreciate after busy days working creative jobs. The fresh air and quiet really help with focus and relaxation, and I love knowing that the neighborhood feels safe in the evenings.

Negatives

Getting around can be a bit inconvenient since public transport isn’t close by and the roads aren’t in the best shape. Also, there aren't many places to eat nearby, so it gets a bit repetitive if you don't drive out to town regularly.

Negatives

It can be challenging finding enough dining options during some evenings, especially if you’re craving variety. Moreover, during rainy seasons, the roads demand a little extra caution with potholes being more visible. It's something that requires patience, but that's how country living goes.
