Sala Thammasop is pleasantly quiet and close enough to green spaces where I used to unwind after work. It’s well suited for people who appreciate a calm, safe environment without feeling completely cut off from the city. For my work-life balance, that balance of peaceful surroundings and reasonable access to public transport worked well.
Negatives
The downside was definitely the limited dining options nearby which meant frequent little trips out for meals. And while public transport isn’t terribly far, a bus or car is usually needed to reach major transit points, which wasn’t ideal on days I wanted to just walk around without planning too much.
