Why is this condo special?
One of my favorite features is that the bedroom has window benches, where you can look at the view, read and relax. The benches have hidden storage space as well. We think our condo is one of the only units that has these benches with comfortable cushions. We thought it would be nice to have this extra feature that has three sides, almost bay-like windows. There is a small balcony and you can see a forested area to the left and Makkasan Station to the right. Hopefully soon we are be able to watch the building of the Tallest Building in Bangkok from out your window.
We have selected items we would like such as a memory-foam mattress, curtains in the bedroom that allow “any time sleep”, two large TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom, mirrors to give the impression of a larger space and furnishings that are comfortable and attractive.
If you have not visited Circle before, we are pleased to inform you that Circle has provided two outstanding areas. They are the common area library/reading room which is located near the pool and the fitness center with a view of the city. You would also have one parking spot if you own a car. The customer service at the reception area and security staff are excellent and attentive to the needs of the residents.
There is a footbridge behind Circle which links residents of Circle with Soi 11 and the Nana Area. This allows you to live in a quieter area and the location it still gives you the opportunity to have easy access to many of the facilities that the Nana area has to offer.
We have taken care in decorating and furnishing the condo and would like a special person or couple to rent the condo who will care for and appreciate the condominium.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
