Having BTS Sukhumvit line close by made my daily commute easy, and there are plenty of places nearby to eat, from cozy cafes to tasty street food. The neighborhood felt quite safe even during late nights, which I appreciated as someone who often worked late or went out with friends. It's very walkable too, so right after work I could easily head out for a quick stroll or grab dinner without needing a car.

Negatives

The area felt quite busy and a bit polluted at times, which can wear you down over weeks and months. Also, green spaces were nearly nonexistent nearby, so it wasn’t a place to see much nature or relax outdoors outside of the building itself. When I wanted to clear my mind or jog, I had to travel out of the neighborhood.
