Studio Condo listed for ฿ 85,000./Month
This condo is in a modern 7-story lowrise right on Rama I, so you're smack in the middle of Bangkok’s bustling Pathum Wan area but still in a peaceful and private setting. The building uses wooden slatted sunshades and has great floor-to-ceiling windows, so you get tons of natural light without feeling the heat too much.
The Layout and FeelYou’ll probably spend most of your time in the main living area, which is nicely lit with recessed ceiling lights and features wooden flooring for a warm, inviting vibe. There’s a king-size bed with crisp white linens in the bedroom, surrounded by neutral walls that make the space feel calm and fresh. The walk-in closet is a practical touch if you have a decent wardrobe.
The balcony is easily accessible through glass sliding doors, adding an indoor-outdoor feel that’s hard to beat in the middle of the city.
Practical Details That Matter- Modern kitchen with built-in microwave and oven for convenient cooking
- Bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, large mirror with wooden frame, and efficient ventilation—plus dual-flush toilet to save water
- Work desk with lamp, perfect if you need to catch up on emails or just want a spot to read
- Air conditioning vents keep things cool, and curtains provide options for sheer or blackout light control
Outside, there’s a refreshing outdoor pool with a blue-tiled surface surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, creating a little oasis with poolside chairs. The landscaping is well maintained, so it feels more like a retreat than an apartment complex.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
