56 Sqm., 2 Beds, 1 Bath Condo listed for ฿ 60,000./Month
This 56 sqm condo feels thoughtfully put together, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom wrapped into a compact but well-planned layout. You’ll likely spend most of your time in the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which connects smoothly to the living room. The kitchen comes with light wood cabinets and a sleek black countertop, plus a built-in microwave and a front-loading washing machine tucked neatly under the counter — makes the space really practical for everyday living.
Feel and FeaturesThe floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open onto a balcony with metal railings, so it’s a nice spot for morning coffee or some fresh air. The living room has a beige sofa and a coffee table, with gray curtains you can tie back when you want more sun. The wood flooring and simple neutral palette help keep the vibe calm and welcoming.
Bathroom and ExtrasThe bathroom stands out with light beige tiled walls, dark polished marble floors, and a modern toilet equipped with a bidet control panel. Plus, recessed ceiling lights throughout add a clean, soft ambience. Overall, it’s a comfortable, efficient place right in Khlong Tan on the 22nd floor, so you get decent views but also easy access to the buzz of Khlong Toei.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Hello you interested prawet area?
Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
