About U Delight @ Bang Son Station
Discover U Delight @ Bang Son Station
If you're looking for a place that blends urban living with easy accessibility, check out U Delight @ Bang Son Station. Positioned along the lively Bangkok-Nonthaburi Road, this 26-floor condo by Grand U Living is making its mark as the first high-rise in the Bang Sue-Prachachuen area. It's super close to the Bang Son station on the Purple Line MRT—just 120 meters away—making it perfect for those who rely on public transit every day.
Project Details
The U Delight @ Bang Son Station is a modern building with 529 residential units and six ground-floor shops. Its design is contemporary, with no more than 24 units per floor. Nature-loving city dwellers will appreciate the large rain tree kept in the garden, adding a bit of greenery to the entrance.
Design and Features
The condo offers one and two-bedroom options, measuring between 30 and 51.5 square meters. With 2.6-meter-high ceilings, the units feel open and comfortable, focusing on practicality and coziness. There's a saltwater pool on the fifth floor that's 7 by 25 meters, ideal for relaxing amidst trees and lounging spots. Plus, the building's shape keeps this area shady in the mornings, giving you a nice, private space to chill.
The lobby doubles as a cozy library, helping create a community feel. The gym on the fourth floor has all the gear you need to stay active. Although, it might have been more convenient if the gym and pool were closer to each other.
Location
Bang Son, an offshoot of Bang Sue District, is in a phase of change. Being near places like the Tao Poon station where the Blue and Purple MRT lines meet, it’s easy to get to Bangkok spots like Asoke, Sukhumvit, and Silom. Future rail links to areas like Nakhon Pathom will make it an even hotter spot.
While public transit is solid, it's easy enough to drive around too, thanks to nearby Bangkok-Nonthaburi Road. However, parking is only available for 43% of the units, with a fee involved, so drivers should keep this in mind.
Nearby Amenities
Right around U Delight, you'll find a mix of homes and shops, making life easier with a minimart and a few nice places to grab a bite just steps away. For more shopping, a quick MRT trip gets you to Big C Wong Sawang or Central Plaza Ladprao.
Living at U Delight
Life at U Delight is all about finding a peaceful yet connected way of living. The setup is great for folks who want to escape the city's buzz without losing touch with its energy. With careful thought put into reducing urban hassles with good amenities and transport links, U Delight offers a community-focused living experience.
Things to Think About
Even with so much to offer, potential residents should weigh things like parking availability and extra charges for fully furnished units. And while the views are open for now with no tall buildings nearby, this might change as the area develops.

(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?

Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?

Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.

While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.

Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
