Tree Condo Ladprao 27: Your Cozy Place in Bangkok
Right in the lively center of Bangkok, tucked into a quiet corner, you'll find Tree Condo Ladprao 27. It's a standout project from the "Tree Condo" line by Big Tree Asset, designed to offer easy, comfy living spaces. This place is a great example of smart urban planning, ideal for people who want both peace and city convenience in one of Bangkok's most exciting spots.
Project Basics
Finished up three years ago, this eight-story building has 79 affordable units with top-notch living standards. What makes it special is its cozy, community feeling combined with essential modern features.
Living Spaces and Features
There's a good mix of unit types here, like one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse options. Sizes range from 45 to 132 square meters, blending practicality with style. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for comfort, using solid materials for a welcoming vibe. These fully furnished units provide flexible living spaces that suit everyday life.
- One-Bedroom Units: Covering 45 to 51 square meters, these are perfect for singles or couples.
- Two-Bedroom Units: Up to 77 square meters of space, these are great for families or shared living.
The building also has well-thought-out communal spaces. The first and second floors include a lobby, a full laundry room, and parking for 66 cars. The second floor features a peaceful garden with seating areas for relaxation, shaded by a lovely rain tree. This floor also has a swimming pool with a sun deck that doubles as a multifunctional outdoor area in the evenings.
Highlights of the Location
Located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Soi Lat Phrao 27, this development offers a calm residential vibe amidst city life. It's about 600 meters from the Lat Phrao MRT station, making the commute easy, though there's a bit of an uphill walk. Lat Phrao Road has a safe path for pedestrians, and local spots like the Baan Klang Muang project, a 7-11, and a busy police station add to the area's safety and ease of access.
Within 500 meters, you can find Family Mart and several local eateries, providing quick and simple access to daily needs. If you're driving, it's just a short trip — between 1.5 to 3 kilometers — to bigger shopping spots like Big C Extra, Central Ladprao, and Union Mall, where you can find everything you need.
Why Tree Condo Ladprao 27 is Special
This development manages to mix calmness and modern living in a unique way. Even though it's in a small, ordinary-looking alley, the fact that there are three successful condo projects here — Tree Condo, Ables Condo, and My Condo — shows the area's potential is just starting to shine. Future developments are likely to make it even more attractive.
It's also pocket-friendly. Because the land is affordable, prices start at about 53,000 baht per square meter, making it a great option for those who want good value without compromising on quality.
A Peek Inside
The well-kept facilities, even if they need minor updates like the second-floor garden, show the developer's commitment to constant improvement. One nice touch is how the air conditioner units are neatly tucked away, keeping a clean look.
The balconies, which are often ignored in other projects, are created with both looks and usefulness in mind. They offer ventilation, utility, and a pleasant view over the landscaped garden.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
