About The Sky Sukhumvit
The Sky Sukhumvit - A Fresh Take on City Living
In the lively Bang Na district, just a short walk from Udomsuk BTS station, you'll find a one-of-a-kind residential community that's set out to redefine city living in Bangkok—The Sky Sukhumvit. Developed by Property Perfect Public Company Limited, this isn't just any residential spot; it's on track to becoming a new urban lifestyle hub with its impressive high-rise buildings as part of the Skyline Collection.
A Closer Look at the Living Spaces
The Sky Sukhumvit consists of five large condominium buildings, each with its own modern flair focused on comfort and practicality for those who live there. Arranged around two main parking structures, these buildings offer a mix of residential units like 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, Moff style, and Duplex options, catering to different tastes and needs.
- 1-Bedroom units range from 22.6 to 35 square meters.
- 2-Bedroom units provide 44.4 to 52 square meters of living space.
- The Moff style units, with their high ceilings, range from 41 to 64 square meters, cleverly making the most of vertical space.
- Duplex units offer roomy layouts ranging from 43.3 to 84 square meters.
The design philosophy at The Sky Sukhumvit is all about achieving a peaceful lifestyle that stays connected. High ceilings and large windows are key design elements, offering great views of the surroundings while letting in lots of natural light. This place is all about balance—not just between work and life, but also between needing privacy and wanting to be part of a community.
There are plenty of amenities, including two swimming pools, modern fitness centers on top of the parking structures, and little garden spaces throughout the buildings. These features give residents convenient spots to relax and recharge. The details, from saltwater swimming pools to well-equipped fitness centers, show the dedication to offering a complete living experience.
The Location: Convenient Yet Evolving
Located on Sukhumvit Road, just 400 meters from Udomsuk BTS station, The Sky Sukhumvit offers a smooth transition between calm residential life and the lively buzz of Bangkok city. While some parts of Bang Na are still growing in terms of urban development, the area is full of potential, backed by growing infrastructure and new projects like the anticipated Bangkok Mall.
Residents can look forward to even more convenience with major shopping places like Central Bangna, Big C, and Mega Bangna close by. When it comes to getting around, the nearby BTS and future transit lines like the Yellow Line BTS and a Light Rail connection to Suvarnabhumi Airport will improve connectivity and cut down on travel times across the city.
Community and Lifestyle PerksWhile there might not be loads of dining options around just yet, nearby Udomsuk Road is a vibrant area filled with local eateries, shops, and markets serving the local community. This offers a genuine taste of local life and a personal shopping experience.
The upcoming Bangkok Mall, touted as a "City within a City," is set to bring a new wave of entertainment and shopping excitement to The Sky Sukhumvit residents. While this development promises to add exciting new amenities to the area, it also comes with some practical concerns about traffic and congestion that future residents should keep in mind.
Looking Ahead
As Bangkok continues to expand, The Sky Sukhumvit stands out as a modern development that combines contemporary design with practical city living. Its strategic location, along with plenty of amenities and modern living spaces, makes it an appealing choice for those searching for a new home in a growing part of the city.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
