About The Rhythm Sathorn-Narathiwat
Sitting at the lively intersection of Sathorn-Narathiwat in Bangkok's bustling business district, The Rhythm Sathorn-Narathiwat is all about modern city living. Developed by Asian Property (AP), this 27-story condo has 301 units, offering future residents plenty of options in terms of size and layout. It's designed to be both accommodating and adaptable, making life in the fast-paced city a bit more convenient and peaceful.
Project Overview
The Rhythm Sathorn-Narathiwat stands out by offering unfurnished units, which is a bit different from AP's usual fully furnished style. This lets residents customize their living spaces just how they like. The development covers about 2-0-55 rai and features a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 35 to 60.5 square meters. Pricing kicks off at 3.72 million baht, which works out to about 110,000 baht per square meter.
Property Details
- Unit Types: You can pick from 1-bedroom units (35-38 sq m) and 2-bedroom units (46.5-60.5 sq m), catering to different lifestyle needs.
- Amenities: The building comes with basics like a swimming pool and fitness center on the 27th floor, plus a garden and small pond on the 7th floor. Security is handled by CCTV and access card systems.
- Design: The unit designs focus on functionality and clever use of space. The 1-bedroom units have living and resting areas separated by sliding doors, ideal for single residents or couples. Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Hello you interested prawet area?
Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
