Getting to Know Supalai Wellington
Supalai Wellington is a modern condo complex covering about 17 rai of land. It's made up of nine buildings with 19 floors, featuring a total of 1,002 units. You can choose from 1 to 3-bedroom units, including luxurious penthouses. These units come in different sizes, ranging from 47 to 250 square meters. Back in early 2012, prices started at 2.99 million baht. It's become a popular choice for people wanting a community vibe in a prime spot.
Design and Layout
The design here takes inspiration from a butterfly to make sure every unit gets plenty of light and great views while staying private. This thoughtful arrangement offers a unique look out of every window and no two apartments interfere with each other's view. Inspired by 1940s octagonal buildings, these designs offer great flow between rooms and the chance to combine units if you want to.
- Building 1: Located right at the front with its own little garden.
- Building 2: Near the parking area, with views over the eastern pool.
- Building 3: Faces south with easy access to the playground and pool.
- Building 4: Positioned at the front facing north, also close to parking.
- Building 5: With northern views over the pool, near the parking too.
- Building 6: Set at the back, offering a great pool view and close to the canal.
- Building 7: At the back of the project, overlooking a peaceful pond to the north.
- Building 8: At the end, facing south with views of the central area.
- Building 9: Located right in the center, facing south and near the parking.
Unit Types and Interior Design
Every unit at Supalai Wellington is made to be both stylish and practical, perfect for a range of lifestyles. From comfy one-bedroom places to roomy three-bedroom apartments, the focus is on smart use of space with open, airy layouts. Even the 47 square meter one-bedroom units have enough room for living and dining, which is quite rare in city condos, making sure they feel open, not cramped.
The 2-bedroom units come with unique perks like angled balconies to shift your city view away from neighboring buildings. Paired with the butterfly design, you get loads of natural light and well-placed windows for a refreshing living experience.
The 3-bedroom units bring larger communal and private spaces, highlighted by several balconies, including a master suite balcony that’s both casual and elegant. These spaces are full of neat touches, like rain showers in the master bathrooms and sliding doors to separate the kitchen.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
