About Siamese Exclusive Ratchada
Siamese Exclusive Ratchada: An Urban Retreat in Bangkok
Right in the lively district of Huai Khwang, Bangkok, the Siamese Exclusive Ratchada is a mixed-use marvel that effortlessly combines living, working, and shopping spaces into one well-thought-out setting. This place is the only one of its kind on Ratchadaphisek Road, perfectly balancing practicality and comfort. Plus, it's just a quick 90-meter stroll to the MRT Ratchadaphisek station, making it a hit for people who want easy access to the city while enjoying some peace and quiet.
Development Overview
Siamese Exclusive Ratchada includes four unique buildings, each adding to the overall experience of living or working there. Building A is home to commercial spaces, with shops, dining spots, and meeting rooms spread across four levels. Building B serves as the office hub for Siamese Asset's operations. The real attention-grabbers are Buildings C and D—Building C is a 37-floor residential tower, while Building D is a 10-floor automated parking structure.
Living Spaces
The residential tower offers a smart layout, with condos on floors 2 through 19 and service residences by the Greenland Company between floors 20 and 36. You can choose from two main setups: a 1-bedroom at 30 square meters or a 2-bedroom at 50 square meters, starting at 3.8 million baht for a 1-bedroom and around 8 million baht for a 2-bedroom. The rooms feel spacious with ceilings soaring to 2.85 meters.
Every unit is decked out with the latest tech to ensure comfy living. The SMART VENTILATION FRESH AIR system brings clean air inside, filtering out dust and pollution. Plus, bathrooms have separate vents to keep smells away. To keep things quiet, you'll find ACOUSTIC DOORS that cut down on noise thanks to high-density, moisture-resistant materials.
Design and Layout
There are two sample units you can check out that showcase the thoughtful design running throughout the property. The 1-bedroom Bliss C, at 36 square meters, opens with a handy kitchen area—great for light cooking. The living room fits a cozy small sofa, and a glass wall adds a sense of more space to the bedroom. Though snug, the bathroom smartly separates wet and dry areas and is conveniently tucked within the bedroom space.
On the other hand, the 2-bedroom Eden C covers 57 square meters and benefits from a corner spot, letting in lots of natural light. This layout includes a kitchen and dining area fit for four, with a bathroom that features a big mirror and separated wet zone. The living room is designed for a 3-seater sofa, and there's ample room in the master bedroom for a 6-foot bed, with a walk-in closet leading to the bathroom.
Location and Accessibility
Beyond the individual units, the Siamese Exclusive Ratchada's location puts residents right in the heart of Bangkok’s urban scene. Positioned on Ratchadaphisek Road, near the Ratchada-Lat Phrao intersection, it's set to be a hub for future MRT lines, offering easy access all over the city. Whether you're driving or hopping on public transport, you'll find you're comfortably connected to bustling areas like Rama 9, Petchburi, Asoke, and the hip hotspots of Thonglor and Ekkamai.
It's not just about getting around, though. The neighborhood is packed with modern-day essentials—from shopping centers to eateries and more—making daily tasks easier and quicker to handle.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
