It’s nice to have shopping and nightlife within reach without feeling overwhelmed. Walking around the neighborhood felt quite safe even late in the evening, which is a huge plus when working late or coming back from meetings.
Negatives
There wasn’t much greenery around to relax in, which was a bit disappointing after busy weekdays. I also noticed it's not the most bike-friendly area if you’re someone who likes to cycle regularly. Some weeks it felt a little claustrophobic without more natural spaces to clear the mind.
