Lumpini Place Srinakarin-Hua Mak: A Closer Look at Your Possible New Home
Right off the lively Srinakarin Road, Lumpini Place Srinakarin-Hua Mak Station offers a great mix of convenience and community in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Planned to wrap up in 2015, this high-rise condo development is all about fitting modern living with easy commutes.
Project Overview
Lumpini Place Srinakarin-Hua Mak is a prime example of smart urban design, featuring two 25-story towers with a total of 1,613 units. LPN Development Plc has cleverly used space to bring you practical living with handy amenities over seven rai, providing both apartment options and communal facilities.
Property Details
The different unit types are designed to fit various lifestyle needs. You'll find one-bedroom units ranging from 23 to 38 square meters, and two-bedroom units from 46 to 66 square meters as combined spaces. The starting price is quite reasonable at about 1.49 million baht, which breaks down to roughly 57,000 baht per square meter.
The amenities include three gardens on the ground and eighth floors, a 23-meter swimming pool, a fitness center, and a basketball court. These areas are ideal for relaxing, exercising, and socializing, making them attractive to both young professionals and families.
Location and Connectivity
The strategic location of Lumpini Place Srinakarin-Hua Mak close to major roads and the Airport Link Hua Mak Station is a big plus. The station is just a short walk away, around 400 meters via the main road or 200 meters using the canal-side walkway, making it easy and affordable to get around Bangkok.
- Close to Major Roads: Near the Phatthanakan Intersection, it's easily accessible via major roads like Srinakarin Road and Phatthanakan Road, allowing easy travel from North Bangkok down to the southern intersections at Bangna-Trad Road.
- Expressways Access: With the Si Rat Expressway, or Motorway, nearby, you can quickly get into the city via Ram Intra Expressway and Din Daeng. If you're heading out, routes to Suvarnabhumi Airport and Chonburi are also within reach.
The location is super convenient with quick access to essential services. A MaxValu supermarket and a bunch of shops, including dining places and services, are just around the corner. These conveniences boost the appeal and practicality of living at Lumpini Place Srinakarin-Hua Mak.
Community and Surroundings
Adding to the quality of life here, the area's community has naturally developed around the canal. While the canal adds charm and offers a green path to public transport, potential residents might need to get used to the typical canal smell. Despite this, the walkway is quite appealing for those looking for a shortcut to the Airport Link station.
While the nearby mosque might mean some noise during events, it also offers an insight into the local culture and a sense of community.
Residential Design and Lifestyle
The design focuses on functionality with a variety of room layouts to suit different lifestyles. One-bedroom units are ideal for single professionals or couples, while two-bedroom layouts are better for small families or those needing extra space for a home office.
The project doesn't include fully furnished options, but rooms come with built-in essentials like wardrobes. Those looking for a personal touch can customize to their heart's content.
The building's alignment takes advantage of natural light and offers city views, enhancing the overall living experience.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
