Living here, I really enjoy the easy access to local transport options which makes getting around Pattaya simple enough without relying too much on taxis. The sea views add a real sense of peace, and being in a secure area means I can go on evening walks without second guessing safety. There’s also a good mix of restaurants nearby, so trying different cuisines regularly never gets boring.

Negatives

It’s not the best neighborhood if you’re really into an active nightlife or fitness gyms, since those amenities aren't close by. Sometimes maybe a little more organized walkability would help too, because the area feels a bit spread out at times making shorter trips on foot less appealing.
