The LIB project by Lalin Property is making a significant mark on the residential scene in early Lat Phrao. It's a cozy, human-friendly, low-rise condo, spread over eight floors in Soi Lat Phrao 20. While it sits next to its earlier counterparts—Levo 1 and Levo 2 in Soi Lat Phrao 18—it offers something unique. With 175 units in total, LIB aims to provide a friendly and intimate living experience, reflected in its thoughtful design and easy accessibility.
Exploring the Living Spaces
LIB provides a selection of one-bedroom units, ranging from 26.5 to 42 square meters. Each unit comes fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom fittings, and an air conditioner, making the move-in process a breeze for future residents. Even though it’s compact, the project doesn't skip on the necessary facilities, making sure each home is a cozy escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Parking is available for 58 vehicles, covering about 33% of the units, promoting a peaceful lifestyle balanced with excellent public transport options.
Price Range:- Prices for units range from 1.65 to 2.71 million baht.
- The cost per square meter is between 63,000 and 71,000 THB, offering good value for a city spot.
The Perfect Location: Balancing Convenience and Calm
LIB sits 320 meters down Soi Lat Phrao 20, offering a bit of seclusion while staying well-connected to the energy of the Lat Phrao area. A short 450-meter walk brings you to the MRT Lat Phrao Station (Exit 2), making it easy to hop on Bangkok's fast transit network. For those who enjoy a walk, this commute is easily doable every day, while taxis are also readily available in the area.
While Soi Lat Phrao 20 is quieter than some nearby streets, it’s surrounded by great conveniences. Local amenities include Big C, Lotus, HomePro, and Central Lat Phrao. Places like Unionmall, the under-construction Suan Lum Night Bazaar, and bustling markets offer diverse shopping and fun close by.
Community and Connectivity
This spot benefits from the strong infrastructure of Lat Phrao, connecting three major roads: Lat Phrao, Vibhavadi, and Ratchada. Such connectivity makes getting around the city easier—even with Bangkok's usual traffic—and offers plenty of travel routes and options.
In essence, LIB gives residents the quiet of a peaceful street without missing out on the practical perks of city life. The mix of calm and connectivity makes it an attractive choice for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.
Thoughtful Living and Lifestyle Choice
Located at the start of Soi Lat Phrao 20, LIB is surrounded by both older homes and new condos. Some might note the limited views from some units, due to older buildings like the 12-floor Granada Tower and nearby communication poles. However, the focus for many would be on the peaceful and functional spaces at home, rather than wide views.
Demand for living spaces in this area often surpasses supply, leading to competitive rental prices, showing the area's strong community ties and no-compromise amenities. Renting here is popular, drawing various residents who appreciate both accessibility and community feel.
Practical Tips for Potential Residents
The LIB project suits individuals and families looking for privacy and convenience without the fuss of high-rise living. It's ideal for those preferring a simple home life where they can relax after work. With moderate pricing, flexible payment plans, and smart design, LIB attracts both first-time buyers and seasoned investors looking for practical and promising opportunities.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
