There are plenty of eateries around, whether you want Thai street food or something a bit western. Walking around the neighborhood feels manageable, and the roads are in good shape which is a small but appreciated detail.

The one thing that can be a downer is the lack of nearby green spaces which I sometimes miss for quieter outdoor downtime.
