Exploring Soi Sukhumvit 12
Located right in the heart of Bangkok, Circle S Sukhumvit 12 is just 300 meters into Soi Sukhumvit 12 from the main road, conveniently positioned between the Asok and Nana BTS stations. This great spot makes it easy to get around, whether by BTS or on foot.
Sukhumvit Road is known for traffic jams, especially during rush hour and weekends when both locals and tourists hit the lively nightlife spots, but being close to public transport is a major plus of city life. The nearest expressway in the Phloen Chit area adds another layer of convenience for drivers.
Living on Soi Sukhumvit 12 has its own unique charm. This narrow alley creates a balance between peace and hustle and bustle. Without sidewalks, both pedestrians and drivers need to navigate the small street together, which builds a special sense of community. Slightly hidden from main roads, this area offers a bit more privacy than other, larger developments.
Everyday Perks and Updates
At Circle S Sukhumvit 12, life extends beyond the building, weaving residents’ everyday experiences into the vibrant Bangkok cityscape. Just outside your door, you’ll find a variety of Korean eateries and shops, especially the popular Korean Town plaza, a hub for food lovers and curious explorers alike.
A little more exploration reveals key local spots. The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel, Times Square Building, and the busy Sheraton Hotel are in the area, providing job opportunities, leisure, and social spots. (2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
