Property Details
Structure and Design
Taking up around 7-3-60 rai, this lively development is a low-rise collection of eight floors spread across seven buildings, offering 768 units in total. The clever design strikes a nice balance between privacy and community.
Unit Types

Amenities
The amenities at Chapter One The Campus are designed to enhance your living experience. There's a central courtyard for relaxation, while facilities like a fitness room, a library, and a lively common lounge encourage community interaction. The single swimming pool, though small, is a social magnet. These shared spaces reflect the project's commitment to creating a community-friendly atmosphere in a busy city.
Locational Insights
The property is well-placed near major roads and cultural spots, with Mayo Hospital right across and Kasetsart University's green space just a short walk away. Plus, with the upcoming BTS Sena Station, getting around is set to become even more convenient, boosting local connectivity.
Chapter One The Campus is in a buzzing area filled with markets, schools, and shops, appealing to students and young professionals. With Amornphan Market and Bang Khen Market nearby, residents have easy access to a variety of food and essential items, making everything you need close at hand.
Travel Considerations
While the road network there is extensive, Ngam Wong Wan Road can get quite busy during peak times. You can avoid traffic through the nearby expressways or choose public transport with plenty of buses, taxis, and vans. Once the BTS extension is up and running, getting around will be even simpler, even if you don't have a car.
A Day in the Life at Chapter One the Campus
Picture starting your day with a brisk walk to the nearby Kasetsart University green spaces, enjoying fresh air and greenery right at your doorstep. On your way back, maybe pop into one of the local shops or grab a drink at a cozy market café. The handy skywalk makes crossing busy streets a breeze, simplifying your daily commutes and errands.
Whether curling up with a book in the library, meeting neighbors in the lounge, or taking a dip in the rooftop pool, the amenities here promote the "Vertical Village" lifestyle. Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
