Residents will find plenty of modern conveniences designed to cater to every need. These areas not only offer a refreshing escape but also serve as places for socializing and community activities, all while keeping an eco-friendly theme.
Two dedicated parking buildings can hold up to 708 cars, giving residents easy access to their vehicles despite the limited spots compared to the number of apartments. There are also seven retail units on the property, offering everything from cafes to convenience stores for daily needs.
Location Insights
Located on Pracha Uthit Road in the thriving district of Huai Khwang, Chapter One Eco is part of a growing area with a vibrant mix of homes and businesses. Just 1.4 kilometers from the Huai Khwang MRT Station, it's easy for residents to use public transport and avoid the city's infamous traffic jams.
The location is great for professionals, with its closeness to key office buildings like the Cyber World Tower, the new Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the AIA Building. The bustling neighborhood also offers shopping options like Central Rama 9 and Central Ladprao for mall lovers, along with community malls like The Street or Esplanade. Even though these aren't within walking distance, the project provides a shuttle bus to the BTS, though it does come with an extra cost.
Local conveniences are aplenty, too. Huai Khwang Market is a lively place to pick up fresh produce and goods, opening in the evenings and popular for its food and clothing stalls, adding a lively night scene to enjoy.
Access and Accessibility
Chapter One Eco provides several routes for getting around, allowing residents to choose the best option based on their destination. These include routes from Ratchadaphisek Road and Pracharat Bamphen Road, among others. While driving is typically the most practical mode of transportation, taxis and motorcycle taxis are readily available for those preferring alternatives.
With easy access to major roads and expressways, residents can stay connected even during the busy rush hour common in Bangkok. This convenience, combined with the well-thought-out location, makes it a great choice for city dwellers who want a balance between peace and urban convenience.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
