About Aspire Wutthakat
Exploring Aspire Wutthakat: Your Cozy City Haven
In the heart of Thonburi District, you’ll find Aspire Wutthakat, a peaceful retreat from the city’s chaos. This low-rise condo combines the perks of city life with a close-knit community feel. It’s conveniently located on Wutthakat Road and developed by AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, just a quick 210-meter walk from BTS Wutthakat. But what really makes Aspire Wutthakat special is its smart design and the practical amenities it offers.
A Look Inside Aspire Wutthakat: Living Spaces and Facilities
With eight floors and only 166 units, this single-building development is perfect for those who want a quiet place to live without giving up easy city access. The units range from compact studios (22.5 sq.m.) to one-bedroom apartments (30 sq.m.) and two-bedroom units (42.5 sq.m.) to suit different lifestyles.
The building’s simple design includes features for relaxation and staying active. There’s a cozy pool on the second floor—4 by 16 meters—using a saltwater system for a more natural swim. Nearby, there’s a fitness area so residents can maintain a healthy lifestyle without having to leave the building.
The U-shaped layout of Aspire Wutthakat helps keep things private and efficient. The living areas start on the second floor to keep them separate from communal spaces, ensuring privacy and security. There’s parking for about 35% of residents, with 67 spots available, so while having a car is handy, it isn’t a must thanks to the nearby public transport.
The Location: Convenient and Easy to Reach
Located in the lively Wutthakat neighborhood, this project offers more than a place to stay—it’s your entryway to an authentic community experience. Wutthakat Road, an extension of Thet Thai Road, is surrounded by old-style homes, bustling shophouses, and lively markets full of local treats. It’s a place where the charm of the past meets modern convenience, perfect for those who love a mix of history and the new.
With all the essential amenities nearby, daily life is made easy. Shopping at The Mall Tha Phra is just 2 kilometers away and medical services at Phyathai 3 Hospital are only 2.8 kilometers away. And for those who work or enjoy leisure activities in the city, the BTS offers a quick way to get around, making it simple to explore different parts of Bangkok.
Getting Around: Transport and Accessibility
Even though the area can get busy with traffic, getting around remains straightforward. Wutthakat Road connects to main roads like Ratchaphruek Road, offering direct routes to major spots such as Rama 2 and 3, Ekkachai, and Bang Kae. For those who prefer using public transport, Wutthakat’s connections make it easier to dodge the daily traffic jams.
During holidays, the area livens up with local events, adding a vibrant energy to the community. It’s this buzz that fills the area with a sense of community, where traditional celebrations blend naturally with everyday life.
A Practical Approach to Materials and Design
While the materials at Aspire Wutthakat may not scream luxury, they are practical and fit the budget, offering value without unnecessary extras. The design focuses on simplicity and function, providing comfort for everyday living. However, it’s worth noting that the two-bedroom units can feel more compact compared to larger city condos.
Overall, Aspire Wutthakat is a great pick for those who appreciate community, convenience, and a modest lifestyle. It’s ideal for individuals or families who love a life filled with local flavors and practical amenities, offering a home that’s both a peaceful retreat and a springboard into the lively heart of Bangkok.

(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
