The location is really convenient for getting around Chiang Mai, with public transport just a short walk away. It's peaceful in the evenings with plenty of nice green spaces nearby where I like to relax after work. Also, there are some great restaurants dotted around so it’s easy to find somewhere to eat just around the corner. Overall, it strikes a good balance between calm living and access to what you need.

Negatives

It would be nicer if there were more diverse dining places right next door since sometimes it feels like the options can get a bit repetitive. Also, not having a gym within walking distance is a bit inconvenient, so I usually have to pop elsewhere for a workout which can be a hassle after work.
