About Airlink Residences
Airlink Residences: A Closer Look
Tucked away in the vibrant area of Lat Krabang, Bangkok, Airlink Residences is a stylishly designed low-rise condominium that's generating a lot of buzz. Developed by S.T. Perfect House, it offers more than just a place to live—it provides a way of life. Located on Soi Rom Klao 52/1, near Rom Klao Road, this eight-story, six-building complex features 933 units and 12 commercial spaces. Airlink Residences caters to various preferences, from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom units, with prices starting at 1.17 million baht.
Property Details: Smart Design with Comfort in Mind
As soon as you step into Airlink Residences, the smart yet subtle design is apparent. Each floor is well-planned, with 23 units, balancing community and privacy. The 2.6-meter-high ceilings keep the spaces feeling open and airy. There are three types of units available: studios (28.13 - 29 sqm), one-bedroom (30.99 - 35.28 sqm), and two-bedroom units (40 - 55.25 sqm).
Whether you're a frequent traveler or a local resident, you’ll enjoy amenities like the refreshing saltwater pool, a modern gym, and shared spaces ideal for both gatherings and relaxing alone time. Even in this suburban setting, convenience is a priority, with a handy 24-hour golf cart service available to take residents to Soi Romklao 52/1's entrance or the nearby Airport Link Lat Krabang Station.
Adding to the appeal is Airlink Park, a developing community mall at the front of the property. It's a hub of convenience, featuring a mix of eateries, shops, and a 24-hour convenience store. Once it's finished, the mall will bring everything you need right to your doorstep, from delicious meals to everyday essentials.
Location Insights: Easy Access and Community
Living at Airlink Residences offers the practical advantage of hassle-free connectivity. Suvarnabhumi Airport is just a station away from the Airport Link Lat Krabang Station, making the condo a top pick for frequent flyers or airport staff. To reach Bangkok's center, residents can hit the motorway, just 600 meters away, making it a breeze to get to areas like Rama IX, Ekkamai, and Thonglor.
With Rom Klao Road nearby, reaching local spots like Min Buri or even places like Chonburi is straightforward. But do consider that heavy traffic during peak hours is common, affecting daily commutes. For those without a personal vehicle, the project's van service to the Airport Link and conveniently placed bus stops help ease those travel concerns.
The Community and Potential Drawbacks
While Airlink Residences offers great convenience and facilities, it's important to consider the changing landscape around it. Being in a suburb means areas are still under development, with some places reserved for future projects. Those on the northern side will find views of urban change, alongside signs of nearby industrial activities like a car logistics company and the SCG Landscape factory.
Suburban living generally means more peace and quiet, but growing developments might bring some noise. Prospective residents might want to explore the nearby area—it might tip the scale for some to know the noise levels at different times of day. Generally, the higher floors, starting from the 4th, offer more pleasant views.
Things to Keep in Mind
Blending residential and commercial spaces within Airlink Residences is a smart move for both residents and visitors. But because it's a large development, getting around might take a bit of patience, particularly during busy periods. While there are helpful shuttle services, you might face some waiting during peak times.
As you consider living here, families and individuals are attracted by its varied offerings and reasonable costs in a city where high rent is the norm. Airlink Residences compares favorably to Bangkok's high-rise condos, providing diverse living spaces and fostering community through shared areas.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
