About dcondo Sathu Pradit 49
dCondo Sathu Pradit 49: A Closer Look
In the vibrant city of Bangkok, where old meets new seamlessly, there's dCondo Sathu Pradit 49—a well-thought-out residential spot. It's on one of the city's most iconic streets, blending present-day perks with a touch of history. This is a Sansiri Public Company Limited project, famous for delivering both quality and fresh ideas.
Taking a Peek at the Property and Its Design
dCondo Sathu Pradit 49 has two residential buildings, each with eight floors, adding up to 396 units. It's all about community and easy living, with plenty of amenities to help people connect and simplify their lives. The units available are cozy studios, each covering 29.7 square meters. Prices range from 1.8 to 2 million baht, which works out to about 62,000 to 68,000 baht per square meter.
The architecture here aims to fit in nicely with its surroundings, featuring a Modern Classic look. The buildings have a bit of a retro vibe but keep things sharp and classy. While it's priced more affordably within Sansiri's range, the design makes the most of the space and meets the day-to-day needs of its residents.
Facilities and Community Life
At the heart of the property is a charming clubhouse, complete with a swimming pool and fitness center that residents from both buildings can enjoy. Whether you want to relax after a busy day or keep active, these amenities offer a friendly spot for some downtime. Plus, the building's S-shaped layout encourages great views and interaction with communal spaces.
Why the Location Stands Out
Tucked away on Sathu Pradit Road, the condo's location is a big plus for future residents. This road has been serving the local community for years, connecting Rama III Road to other important streets like Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Road. Even though it's 650 meters into an alley, this makes it a bit quieter, offering a break from the city's hustle and bustle. A toll booth helps keep unnecessary traffic out, adding to the residents' peace of mind.
Though the road can get busy, its location is great for commuters. Major roads and expressways nearby allow quick access to key parts of the city or industrial areas like Samut Prakan and Phra Pradaeng, making it a perfect home for professionals working in these places.
Daily Life and Getting Around the Neighborhood
Despite being a bit off the beaten path, the area around Soi Sathu Pradit 49 is lively, with plenty of local shops, markets, and small dining spots. If you love a neighborhood vibe, you'll find all your daily needs within walking distance. However, getting around can be tricky for those without cars, as public transport isn't immediately nearby. To help out, the condo offers a shuttle bus service to connect residents to the wider transport network.
Design and Cost: Striking a Balance
As part of Sansiri's budget-friendly line, dCondo, the materials and finishes aim to keep costs down without cutting too much on quality. You'll find a black-and-white color scheme throughout, giving a simple, elegant base for personal touches. While there aren't many luxury finishes like those in The BASE series due to budget limits, the design focuses on efficient use of space.
The studio units come fully furnished with practical features like built-in wardrobes, kitchenette areas, and basic bathroom fixtures. There's a focus on making the most of the space with things like sliding doors and small but usable kitchens. While it looks good, you won't find many high-end extras compared to Sansiri’s more premium options.
Wrapping Up: Weighing the Pros and Cons
dCondo Sathu Pradit 49 is a great choice for those who appreciate connectivity and a strong sense of community. It's perfect for people with links to local schools or businesses, offering a budget-friendly lifestyle while staying close to central Bangkok. Though there are some trade-offs with materials and transport accessibility, the charm of its location and community vibe help balance things out.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
