One of the things I noticed during my stay was a tiny bit of a downside when it came to fitness options, there's a lack of gyms directly in the area unless you are willing to travel a bit further. The area is pretty well connected which made commuting easy enough, especially with the skytrain nearby. There's a nice balance of stores and shopping malls within reach but it still retains a peaceful vibe. I found it safe enough to walk around even in the evening, which helped me feel comfortable during my stay.

Food choices felt quite limited if you're the kind to eat out often, and there aren't many parks or green spots to relax in nature. Sometimes it did feel a bit dull if you're into trendy cafes or lively community hangouts.
