The roads are well maintained which is a plus if you drive or ride. Also, being close to shopping centers adds a nice convenience for daily life and weekend plans.

The area can get quite noisy, especially during peak hours and evenings, so it's not the best if you're someone who needs real quiet. There have been issues with safety at night in certain pockets here, so some extra caution comes with living in Pong.
