The community in Damac Hills 2 feels peaceful and quite safe, which is a big plus. There are plenty of green spaces around, perfect for morning walks or weekend relaxation. The streets are clean and well-maintained, which made living here a pleasant experience. Plus, being close to some nice shopping malls brings a bit of convenience when I want a change of scenery or quick errands done.

Around this area, public transport options are quite limited, so having a car is basically necessary, which might not suit everyone. Also, dining options right in the vicinity aren’t very plentiful, so often you end up driving a bit further when you want something different to eat or a casual night out.

The greenery around here really stands out compared to other places I've seen in Dubai, and there are plenty of parks to unwind in. Getting around is fairly easy with good access to public transport, and everything you need is just a short drive away, like malls and essential shops. It feels peaceful and secure, great if you appreciate a calm neighborhood vibe while still having some city perks close at hand.

There’s not a huge variety when it comes to nearby restaurants, so it can feel a bit quiet if you’re looking for a vibrant food scene without jumping in the car. Also, the neighborhood isn’t particularly walkable - you’ll need to drive for most errands or social plans, which can be a downside if you’re used to walking around your community.

Living in Damac Hills 2 has truly been a delight. The peaceful surroundings and the abundance of green spaces make it feel like a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Control your stress with an evening walk around the community parks while knowing your neighborhood is safe and well-maintained. The schools are great, too, which is a huge bonus for families.

Something to keep in mind, though, is that dining choices are somewhat limited. If you’re looking for a huge variety of restaurants, you might have to travel a bit. Additionally, while there’s a nice feeling of space here, being somewhat far from public transport can give you an inconvenience if you want to skip driving altogether.
